This 8-class series is a perfect introduction to the Pilates reformer machine, where you'll learn the essentials of how it works, along with personalized settings to ensure both safety and strength.

Heart Chakra Sound Bath with Reiki

Jayne is featuring her Crystal Singing Bowls in this special 60-minute class. Featuring a meditative, healing sound bath and ending with gentle hands-on reiki. The benefits of Crystal Sound Baths include reducing stress and tension while harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
