Located inside the Mid-Cape Athletic Club, Studio PWR offers a personalized and intimate Pilates Reformer experience designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, functional movement, and overall wellness. Whether you're new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, our small class sizes — limited to just 4 participants per session — ensure that each individual receives focused attention and guidance, maintaining the highest level of safety and form.

At Studio PWR, we focus on functional movement, helping you build strength and mobility that translates to everyday activities, improving posture, balance, and coordination. Our instructors use a blend of Stott Pilates principles with functional training techniques to help you move better and feel stronger in all aspects of life.

No membership to the Mid-Cape Athletic Club is required to join our classes, making it easy to experience our specialized Pilates instruction without any added commitment.

Studio PWR Class Descriptions 

Something for every body!

All classes are 50 minutes.

Monday- Saturday: Small-Group Reformer – experience necessary

Appropriate for students who have finished the New Client series, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class is limited to 4 people and will be mixed levels of experience.

Saturday: Barre + Reformer – no experience necessary

A cardio-centric workout using the cardio trampoline attachments on the reformer.  This class will focus strongly on cardio-vascular exercise but will include warm-up and cool-down using the reformer.  No experience is necessary, but some awareness of the reformer is helpful. 

Tuesday & Friday: Reform & Restore – some experience necessary

This class is ALL stretching - static, dynamic, and active.  It's the perfect balance after a week of working out, or just needing some light movement.  Open to anyone who has completed the Intro to Reformer series, or New Client series with Rebecca. 

Tower Class – some experience necessary

This class will take you through a full-body workout using the wall Tower.  Weights, bands, and other small props may be used.  Always limited to 3 people. 

INTRO TO REFORMER with Jennifer

8 small group classes, limited to 4 people for the beginning client.

Includes intro to the

Stott® reformer, and basic exercises to

prepare you for group classes.
