 Rebecca is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat and Reformer, with more than twenty years of teaching experience. With a passion for movement, dance and health, Rebecca joyfully leads her clients in a fun, caring and educational way.

STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and balance the muscles around the joints. The technique is appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to both sport-specific training and everyday life.

Rebecca relies on her Stott training, in addition to experience as a dancer, personal trainer, and instructor of group fitness to design her class programs and keep them interesting and new each week.  Each workout is designed to mobilize, stretch, strengthen, and challenge your entire body.  

Studio PWR Class Descriptions 

Something for every body!

All classes are 50 minutes.

Small-Group Reformer – experience necessary

Appropriate for students who have finished the New Client series, or have taken private lessons to learn basic repertoire and equipment. Class is limited to 4 people and will be mixed levels of experience.

Cardio Trampoline Reformer – no experience necessary

A cardio-centric workout using the cardio trampoline attachments on the reformer.  This class will focus strongly on cardio-vascular exercise but will include warm-up and cool-down using the reformer.  No experience is necessary, but some awareness of the reformer is helpful. 

Reform & Restore – some experience necessary

This class is ALL stretching - static, dynamic, and active.  It's the perfect balance after a week of working out, or just needing some light movement.  Open to anyone who has completed the Intro to Reformer series, or New Client series with Rebecca. 

Tower Class – some experience necessary

This class will take you through a full-body workout using the wall Tower.  Weights, bands, and other small props may be used.  Always limited to 3 people.
